Clean and tidy male looking for a double room.
I have currently been in a shared house since June 2024 and would prefer a double room with en suite.
My rent is paid in with my UC with a limit of up to £750pm. I am happy to pay this even if the rent advertised is lower.
I am clean, tidy and respectful and keep myself to myself.
I can pay rent via bank transfer or cash each month around the 6th.
