Hi! I'm Seth, 27, living and working full time in Manchester for the last few years.

I'm currently looking for a new place to live, whether that's a double room in an apartment/shared house, or a whole property that I can go in on with someone here. Location wise, I'd ideally want somewhere central or in South Manchester, but I wouldn't say no to the right place in another part of the city, as long as the transport links were good.

I'm always up for a chat in the kitchen, to play a board game, or a watch a film, but I'm a fan of my own time too, and I'd want a place where its easy to relax and get some space.

Generally pretty tidy, I'm very happy to do my share of the cleaning up. I can't live with cats or dogs unfortunately, but smaller pets should be totally fine.
