Looking for a Female Flatshare or Buddy-Up

Hi! I’m Zivia, 25, a freelance artist currently based in London.
I’m preparing PhD applications in the arts, although the application process is taking a little longer than expected, so when I move I may not yet be able to provide a university offer or academic reference. However, I can provide additional documents and references later if needed.

I’m looking to move between 24–31 July. I won't be living with the landlord.

My budget is up to £1300/month including bills, although cheaper options are always welcome. Monthly payments preferred. I’m also open to larger studios or one-person flats if the price is reasonable.

I’m looking for a spacious double room, ideally with an en-suite. Good natural light, large windows, and ventilation are very important to me.

Please note that I am extremely sensitive to strong smells, cooking fumes, cigarette smoke, and chemical odours. Good ventilation is therefore essential, and I’d be most comfortable in a home where heavy cooking smells do not linger for long.

I enjoy cooking, vintage fashion, exhibitions, gigs, museums, and creative projects. Most of my time is spent working on my art practice or exploring London.

I’m only looking to live with women.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy-going. I don’t mind flatmates having friends, partners, or guests over, and I’d love to find a home with people I genuinely get along with :) ideally the kind of flatshare where we can occasionally chat, or become friends rather than simply coexist.

I have quite a lot of belongings, so a larger room or access to some extra storage would be a huge plus.
