25 year old student Manchester

Hi there,

I'm a 25 year old music student from Derby looking for a house/flat share in the Manchester area. Starting from early to mid September for at least 10 months, my max budget is £180 per week, preferably with bills included and a cheap deposit.

I'm going into my 3rd year in Live sound engineering and music production. My university is under Uni of Lancashire, but the campus is just down the road from uni of Manchester. Called Spirit studios.

I'm a friendly and mature student who is still sociable, along with some side hobbies, such as cooking and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I also work part time in a kitchen, cooking in a pub called The Stanhope arms.
