Couple looking for a whole flat. Flexible on areas

My partner and I are looking for a new place to call home in London.

We are searching for a 2-bedroom flat or a spacious 1-bedroom with a separate kitchen, with a budget of up to £2,200 pcm. and our income is a mix of earnings and disability benefits, but we have 2 UK guarantors who are homeowners.

As a Ukrainian with a disability, my housing search is supported by the UK charity Beam, they will fully fund and pay our first month's rent, holding deposit, and security deposit upfront.
I also have a dedicated Housing Caseworker from Beam who is available to contact and can provide references or answer any questions. We can also provide references from previous lets.

We have two lovely, very well-behaved cats. We are clean and quiet non-smokers. We are reliable tenants who treat any place we stay in with love and care.

We are flexible to move in between mid-June and early July this year and are looking in zones 2 and 3, specifically Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Greenwich, Camden, Islington, or Ealing.
