Looking for a double room in a house share

I am a professional male aged 30. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 01/09/2024 and have a budget of £1200pcm.

I'm moving down to London from Leeds at the end of September for a new job and I'm looking for a room east london ish area

I'm looking for a social house, somewhere I can contribute to and where I can enjoy my time with my housemates but also be considerate of other people's space.

I'm into the gym, play tennis and padel, sports fan (especially football) love a pub quiz, gigs, nights out and anything food related.

I've got a car too so id be looking for somewhere with parking.
