Young student/professional seeking room
I am looking for a place to stay as I round up my fixed term contract. My preference is for a double room with a desk. I don't mind a shared bathroom if shared with one other person. I like to keep to my room so I won't be in anyone's hair during my stay in a shared house. I like to keep all shared spaces clean and go out of my way not to make noise for my housemates.
I would like to move in by the 29th of June. I look forward to hearing from you and I am happy to negotiate some of my terms.
