Reliable 20-Year-Old Looking for a Room to Rent

Hi, I'm Adrian! I'm 20 and I've done three years of art-media at City of Bristol College, I'm now hoping to spread my wings, move out from home and settle somewhere new.

I'm currently working at Greggs just until something in my field becomes available, so at the moment I can only afford £550 a month, but I'm not picky. I'm also reliable so you can count on me to pay on time if you've ever had problems with tenants before.

I'm also hoping to move as soon as possible, so if you're looking to fill a space quickly I'm your guy.
