Looking for a room in London

Hi! I'm Dan, 24, looking for a room in a proper social flatshare - somewhere that feels like shared living rather than four people passing in the hallway.

I moved to London from Cambridge just over a year ago and landed in Peckham. I like the area a lot, but my current house is a bit dead and I'm ready for somewhere with better people and a bit more space.

A bit about me: I work for a tech startup that tracks fashion resale marketplaces (Vinted, eBay, that world). Outside work I train BJJ and go to the gym most days, make music and play in a band that's yet to trouble a stage, cook a lot, read, watch and argue about films, and get out to events around London. Always up for a chat.

I'm clean, easy-going, and happy with a house where everyone gets on but also respects each other's space. My schedule's flexible, so I can work around you for a viewing.

Area-wise: south-east London is home and I'd happily stay (Peckham, Nunhead and deptford). I'm also open looking at Hackney, Clapton, Finsbury Park. Open-minded for the right place.
