Hi! I’m looking for a room in Birmingham and hoping to find a friendly, clean and comfortable house share.

I’m a young professional, currently working full-time and starting a masters degree at the UoB. I’m clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m looking for a home that feels relaxed and comfortable rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m ideally looking for a furnished room in a friendly house/flat, preferably with good transport links to the city centre/university. I’m open to different areas and house-share setups, depending on the property and people.

• Clean, tidy and respectful
• Friendly and sociable, but also appreciate having my own space
• Happy to socialise with housemates and occasionally share meals/watch films, etc.
• Non-smoker
• Looking for a friendly and respectful household
