Kiwi Looking for a New Home 🥝🏡

Hey team, after a couple of years in London it’s time for me to find a new place to call home.

I’m Sean, 28, from New Zealand, and currently working in hospitality management at the National Theatre on the South Bank.

I’m looking for a room from around late July (happy to be flexible by a week or two either side for the right place).

A little bit about me… I’m one of those annoying people who’s usually doing something.

You’ll probably find me:
☕ Hunting down a good coffee
🏃 Training for something I’ve probably convinced myself is a good idea
✈️ Planning my next trip
🍻 Having a pint with mates
🎭 At a comedy show, live music gigs, random event, or just the odd cheeky side quest.

I’m pretty social and love a good house vibe, but I’m not looking for a uni flat either. At that stage where I genuinely enjoy hanging out, sharing the occasional drink, dinner, or catch-up, while also respecting everyone’s independence and downtime.

Housemate wise, coming in hot with strong references.

- Financially stable professional
- Genuinely tidy
- Cleans up after himself without needing to be asked
- Can hold a conversation beyond “how was work?”
- Brings home good stories but very little drama

What I’m looking for:

💰 £900-£1,100ish budget (flexible for the right place)
📍 Open on location for a great house and great people
👥 Social professionals who enjoy having a laugh but also appreciate personal space
