Young disabled Woman, DSS w/ ESA pets
Hiya, my name is Georgia I’m trying to find a bigger space for myself and my pets to live in and have a new area to find work, (preferably London or surrounding areas, Sutton, Crawley, Bromley south etc) we’re looking for a double/studio room/flat to rent. I’m not keen on living with other people as my cats space is limited currently to a tiny room and I want them to have the space to roam. My previous landlord had made me uncomfortable so if I am to share I’m only comfortable Female room mates and would need to meet! I’m only so concerned about men as my current room doesn’t have a lock and my landlord sleeps outside the bathroom.
I’m 20 in July and in need of a new space to kickstart my music career. I claim UC and disability PIP benefits, DSS can cover upto £675 in Kent -£1000 in London of my rent depending on the council area. I have a deposit of £1000. Can pay any excess rent in cash, my yearly income is 15,000 From benefits and I hope to find work that suits my needs and to earn more.
I can do housework for a working professional if needed whilst I find work. I AM A CLEAN FREAK!!
I have an ESA cat called Nova and Pixie, they are both potty trained outdoors and well behaved cats. The ESA is a medical requirement for my disabilities. If anyone can assist by the 31st of March I’d be very appreciative :).
