Young couple, working/DSS PRS scheme
Hiya, my name is Georgia, I am looking for a property with my partner. Brandon works and I have limited capabilities due to disability.
WE ARE NOT OPEN TO SHARED LIVING, sorry!! We are trying to find a studio or 1 bed property, preferably with ground floor access to find work and access care support for my needs, (preferably Kent, Gravesend, Medway) First months rent and any deposit can be paid via the PRS scheme that my council offers. Or cash. I am currently in part time education.
I’m 20 and in need of a new space to grow. I claim UC and disability PIP benefits, DSS can cover upto £675 in Kent -£1000 in London of my rent depending on the council area. My partner is 23 and works weekdays. We can pay any excess rent in cash/bank transfer.
