Male searching for single/double room

I am a 22 Year old male, looking for a reasonably sized room (single or double) anywhere in Cardiff.

My budget is £380pcm and I am available to move in immediately. I have recently graduated from Cardiff University (Urban planning and development). I have recently started claiming universal credit, focusing on my health whilst looking for employment related to my degree.

I have savings to immediately pay deposits and other fees wherever required

In terms of preference, I am open minded and very open to living with anyone.
I have prior experience of house sharing as a student, to which my housemates considered me as one of the cleanest people they’ve met :)
