Looking for a long term room from Sep/Oct 2025

I've recently moved from Amsterdam to the South end on Sea, and living in an Airbnb at Southend on Sea, and looking for a house as well as flatmates.

I've lived all my life in the larger cities, which provided more opportunities to connect with like minded professionals as well career growth. Hence I dont mind living in London (preferably near Stratford) and commuting to Southend too, unless I find a good accommodation in the Southend close to the train stations.


I work from office everyday and atleast go to gym/sports 3-4 evenings a week. Thus I spend only 3-4 hrs at home on a typical weekday. I cook very minimal vegetarian food (mostly breakfast and lunch I eat out, dinner at home), remain extremely clean, do not smoke, and preferably non-alcoholic during social events/parties unless exceptional cases or with close set of people, aiming for a healthy and fit lifestyle.


My budget is slightly flexible depending upon what I get. However my monthly train cost is already 500 pounds. So I'm trying to keep a maximum budget of 1500 pounds including transport.

Most of my weekends are spent in hikes, sports, socialising with friends, attending events, travelling to new cities, exploring food, more.

Also open to buddy up with someone who's having a similar lifestyle and requirement.

Prior to this, I was living in Amsterdam, Netherlands for 5 years and have shared houses with Indians and Internationals (both genders). I also lived by myself in a studio for 2 years. Thus I am quite flexible with any gender or nationality or to live by myself, but it is imperative to be around a community of young professionals, with some sort of matching lifestyle.
