Considerate Professional looking for a quiet home

Hey!

My name is Joe, I'm a 40 full-time working professional (not looking to live with students), who is quiet, considerate, clean and respectful and looking to live with others who share these values. I'm looking for a room/house (ideally a double/king size room - with an en-suite bathroom) in a quiet, clean, comfortable and cozy home. I'd rather not live with too many others - maximum 3 other people. I'd also prefer to only live with those who work on dayshift, to eliminate any disturbances at night. I've not lived with a live-in-landlord before but happy to consider if we get on well enough. I love animals, so definitely happy to live with pets.

In regards to what I'm like to live with - I'm easy going, clean, considerate, quiet and happy to hang out but also appreciate my own time. I spend most of my free time either drawing, watching films, editing photos, writing or reading. So living with others with similar interests would be nice. I prefer to be direct with any teething issues that may come up, which I am also happy to receive in return of course.

I don't plan to stay in Lincoln for much longer, so a short tenancy would be preferred.
