Needing room/house share in NW London region
I am an easy-going, respectful 21 year old who is in need of a place as soon as possible, I can pay a maximum of £675 per month but I am ideally looking to pay £600-£625 since I am moving into London to study so I will not have bundles of time for full time work. However, I will ensure that the place is kept in good condition, I will always respect my environment. I would like to think that I am a good tenant for anybody and will not give you problems.
I will be transferring into a customer assistant role to financially support myself coupled with my university fund so I can ensure that rent is more than adequately covered.
I get on with anybody, I am kind, well-mannered, clean and am a great house mate.
