1600pm, looking for an en-suite, zone 1

I’m Krystal. I’m 24 and originally from China. I am studying master degree in UCL now and based in old street. My budget is 1600pm excluding bills.

I’m looking for
- private bathroom (must have)
- flat with reception prefer
- furnished prefer
- can be mixed gender but prefer female
- commute to old street station and Leicester Square station both within 20/30 mins
- 1600pm excluding bills
- good sound isolation
- share common area with only 1 people prefer

You will hardly see me around as I work part time every weekend. I also need to go to placement for 3 months so you can enjoy your own room for 3 months at least. For me, location is very important I need to commute to old street every weekday and Leicester Square every weekend. If you are a light sleeper please be aware I might cook sometimes at 10-11pm (sometimes due to late shift from my part time)

I plan to move in 10/07 or earlier as my current contract end at that time. Or can start from early September.
