* Have lived in SW London for over a year
* WFH 2 times/week in FinOps
* Love nature, long walks, trivia, TV
* On a rampant self-improvement journey (started pilates, swimming, bass guitar this year, and slightly addicted to personal finance content)
Not too fussed about area but I prefer South London, being within 25min walking distance from a tube/overground station, & near green spaces.
Inside specs: ensuite preferred, but happy with sharing if a cleaning rota is established. Prefer £900 max but stretch to £1100 for the right fit.
