I’m a working professional (Research Associate, full-time) looking for a studio or en-suite room near the University of Birmingham, ideally in Selly Oak, Bournville, Stirchley, or Harborne.

A bit about me: I’m clean, quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and used to houseshare living. I’m after a calm, professional environment where everyone respects each other’s space. I have a partner who lives outside Birmingham and would visit occasionally — usually one low-key weekend night a week.

Budget: up to £800/month. Move-in date: 3 October 2026.
