hey there , i moved to london back in June & i’ve been spare rooming ever since , But i’m getting tired of jumping from one place to the other, so i’d like something more long term but not on a lease or with a landlord , preferably a sublet , I’m clean tidy & respectful, I like to stay in and have quiet nights , But on occasion i will go out if that’s also something you’re interested in , We don’t have to be friends but that would make it a more comfortable living situation for both of us i feel , I’d prefer someone closer in age to me , But i really don’t mind just as long as you’re not 60 as i fear the only thing we’ll have in common is our love for david bowie , Let me know if you have anything available, I’m in stockwell currently & i like this area but i also like hackney , shoreditch & whitechapel area
