Young professional looking for new place in Z1/2/3

Hi there! My name is Thomas (or Tom) and I'm looking for a place to move in to late August/early September. I work in music publishing, which I've been doing for 2 years now since finishing my masters in 2024. I'm pretty flexible on where I live and I work from home twice a week. I prefer greener places, and a short commute to work would be ideal.

I have lived with others for the past 6 years and (I would say) I am an excellent housemate! I am very tidy and organised and I enjoy spending time in the house as much as I like going out. I previously lived in Marylebone, and am coming up to the end of a tenancy in Kilburn. I am looking for chill housemates that are social without being too high energy. Budget would be no more than £750 or £850 (exc. bills) depending on cost of commute.
