Me (Ritu 25) and my partner (Kevin 27) live in a a 2B 2B in Limehouse and are looking for a sociable and tidy person to take up our flatmate’s room (as he moves to the states). The rent is 1400(with council tax) and bills come up to 80-120

About the house:
It’s a 2b 2bath with one room being an ensuite (our room). The place is in a gated community close to the river, so you go for a lovely morning walk or a senic run. It’s 5 min away from Limehouse DLR with easy links to Bank/Canary Wharf. The house is in an affluent neighbourhood with cafes and pubs. Message me further and I can share the spareroom listing.

The agents are looking to fill up the room as well but we’re looking to get to know our flatmate before they move.

A little about us:
Ritu - I’m from Mumbai and moved to London for my masters. I work as a creative and advertising and wfh some days. I love to cook, listen and play music and have a casual movie night in. I’m building a vinyl collection, learning how to skate and love heading out to pub. Looking to be friends with my flatmates :)

Kevan - I’m an engineer-turned 3D animator currently working as teachnical assistant at university of Roehamton. I love gaming, play music and sports (cricket). I also love collecting lego, proof of which exists in the house.
We're both clean, and fun-loving people who will respect your privacy. We're big on having board game nights or other chill social activities once in a while.
