23 | Friendly Flatshare wanted

Hey, I’m Thomas, 23, currently doing a postgraduate degree in Architecture at UCL and also working in Member Relations for Soho House (which may come with occasional flatmate perks ;)). Currently living in Crouch End and looking to try somewhere new.

I’m keen to find a flatshare or buddy up with people around a similar age where there’s a social atmosphere, but everyone still has their own space, peace and quiet. It would be great to live somewhere we can have dinner or drinks together, go out occasionally, or just catch up at home, rather than only seeing each other in passing.

I tend to keep pretty busy between uni, work and seeing friends. At home I’m clean, considerate and like having a space that feels comfortable and looked after. I’ve lived in flatshares before, so I’m used to being respectful of other people and doing my part, I’d just appreciate living with people who feel the same.

Outside of work and study, I’m really into fashion, music, perfume, trying new restaurants and bars, and generally exploring London. I’m always up for finding somewhere new, but equally appreciate a quiet night at home.

I’m fairly flexible on area as long as getting into central London and UCL is easy, with SW/W/WC/NW/N preferable. More than anything, I’m looking for a nice place with good people where I can properly settle in and feel at home.
