Looking for Mon- Friday May stay occasional w/ends

I spend most weekends with my partner in Lancaster, so I’d mainly be in Manchester Monday to Friday while working in Stockport.
Ideally, I’m looking for a room with parking or easy parking nearby. An en-suite bathroom and I’d prefer a separate kitchen as I really enjoy cooking an evening meal. A garden or outside space would also be a lovely bonus.
I’m pretty chilled, respectful, and easy-going. I also love pets, so I’d be very happy if there’s a dog or cat in the house. My preference would be to live with the landlord only .
I may occasionally stay at weekends, but this would be fairly rare.
