Clean young professional looking for flat

I am a clean and tidy person, who respects personal space and time.
I also like movie nights, and I enjoy nice chats over coffee sometimes. I am not a big party person, but I am also up to going out for a drink sometime.

I work Monday-Friday in the office, so I won't be around much during the week. I rarely work from home. On the weekends I do like my time at home, going for a walk/coffee, resetting from the week.

I'd like to share a flat with 1 other person, preferably professionals or rent an entire 1-bed property.
