I am a Physics teacher beginning a full-time teaching role in Guildford this September and am looking for a calm, clean, and friendly place to call home.

• Financially stable with full-time employment
• Prefer a peaceful environment focused on study/work rather than partying

I genuinely value keeping shared spaces clean, being considerate to others, and creating a positive atmosphere at home. Outside of teaching, I enjoy science, chess, badminton, and reading.

I am ideally looking for a long-term room in Guildford or nearby areas with good transport links.
