**Delightful** tenant - my landlord of 5 years

Hi,

I've lived in Bristol for 10 years, and looking for a flat that's a bit cheaper than my current one and ideally has a garden! I'm a software engineer, working for an education non-profit in Bristol, which is technically remote, but I do go to the office / my friend's office / a cafe to work on the regular so I don't lose my mind.

I value a clean and tidy house. I can handle a bit of mess and not looking for minimalism or sterility, but being respectful of each other and keeping communal spaces clean and clutter-free after using them is what I'd look for.

In my free time I like to do something outdoorsy if possible, like going on walks / hikes / cycle rides / running, or alternatively doing something creative like photography, sewing, electronics or some other arts & crafts. I have a website which I sometimes update with creative work (sandroid. dev)

I'm also into videogames, board games, movies & TV, and it'd be great to live with someone where we can find some overlap in tastes in some of those areas to have some chill evenings. I'd like to get into some trash TV to watch in the evenings for example - doesn't feel good watching it on your own.

Overall I'm a pretty outgoing person, but also have some introverted hobbies I like to engage in to recharge my social battery. I'm happy with the house having guests and hosting events etc as long as it's not a perpetual party house. Ideally the house would be at least semi-social in terms of hanging out in the living room and having some food together on occasions etc. but it's not a massive priority for me as I spend a lot of time out of the house and my schedule varies a fair bit. I'm also really into doing lots of little day trips and evening outings with the car so if anyone in the house is into tiny adventures that could be good.
