Independent partially cited guy looking for a room

Hello everyone, I’m looking for a room but want to say from the start that I do accept some universal credit due to the fact that I’m partially cited. I’m currently researching and developing a new business and also do some voluntary work. You will receive your rent directly from me. I have been registered blind from birth and as such the benefit I receive is for life. I can provide references from previous landlords. Although I stated the first of june as move in date I can be flexible on that. I need to move out of my current home by the 31st of July so can move into a new place any time from the 1st of June to this date. I would like to find a room which is in close proximity to a tube station. I’m not looking for a party house but would like a social environment. Always happy to do my bit and contribute to a house share. I would prefer to have a room in a house rather than a flat. Thank you for your consideration.
