Looking for a Studio/1-Bed/House share in Leeds

Hello! I’m looking for a new place in Leeds and hope to move in around 8 September. I’m open to different types of accommodation — a house share, studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom flat. Ideally, I’d love somewhere in or near the city centre.

A little about me: I enjoy art, photography, and music, and I really appreciate a peaceful and comfortable living environment. I don’t host house parties, and I’m clean, tidy, and always respectful of the space I live in. I’d also prefer a monthly rent payment arrangement if possible.

One important wish of mine is to have a south-facing balcony or good natural sunlight. Natural light makes a huge difference to me, especially during the darker winter months.

I’m currently looking for something reasonably priced, so I’d really appreciate any help, leads, or opportunities. I’m also on a Graduate visa that expires at the end of January 2027, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere where I can stay until then.
