Looking for a Room By September 4th

Hi,
I’m currently working multiple roles, including running children’s clubs and working at the LEGO Store.

I’m looking for either a studio or a well-kept house share with respectful professionals. Ideally, I’d like a decently sized room with space for a double bed, as I have a few belongings including a cabinet and TV. I also have a car, so on-street parking or a driveway is important.

I’m friendly, polite, and easy to live with. I enjoy being sociable but also value my downtime. My interests include writing, gaming, and film. I’m not into partying and keep a healthy sleep routine, so I’m ideally looking for a household that’s quiet at night and values mutual respect and clear communication.

I tend to get on best with working professionals and would prefer a calm, considerate living environment.
