David, 23 year old professional

Hello,

I'm a 23-year-old professional who will shortly be starting as a Graduate Rural Surveyor with Bidwells in Norwich.

I'm looking for a studio flat with a budget of up to £1,000 per month and would ideally like somewhere with parking, although this isn't essential. I'm hoping to move in during the next few weeks.

I'm a non-smoker and am very tidy, organised and respectful of the property I live in. I have a stable full-time job and am looking for somewhere comfortable that I can treat as my home.

Outside of work, I'm a keen endurance athlete and spend much of my free time training for long-distance triathlons, including cycling, running and swimming. I also enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors. I lead a quiet lifestyle and spend most evenings either training or relaxing.
