Looking for an en-suite, end of October 2026, lon

Hey everyone!

I’m looking for an en-suite (double or single) at the end of October in Stratford/maryland/ East London (I have to give my current agency 2 months notice).

I’m ideally looking for HMO rooms and my budget is £1000-£1100 bills included.

I work in Policy and am mostly office based.

As a housemate, I’m clean and tidy and like to keep a fun atmosphere. I am sociable though also appreciate ‘me time’. I have also lived in flatshares where everyone keeps themselves to themselves, so I’m also happy with this.

In my spare time, I like running, exploring the city and trying new restaurants. My job is demanding so it’s very important to me that I have somewhere relaxing to come back to after work. I would prefer a smaller houseshare and happy to live with 4 other max, with a minimum age of 25.
