Hi, I'm starting a PhD at KCL at the start of October so I'm looking for a place to stay full time. In terms of location, I'd prefer somewhere in at least cycling distance of Denmark Hill - Clapham or Brixton area would be ideal. My budget is around £800-900 per month including bills.
I'm working during the week but I'm also up for a sociable household as I enjoy film nights, pub trips and flat meals.
