44yr old professional looking to rent a room in a flat in Edinburgh, ideally gorgie/dalry/roseburn/corstorphine end of town but will happily consider others. preferably no more than 2-3 housemates. I'm a non-smoker, pretty chilled, enjoy music, board games, socialising, I'm also a bit geeky about comics, D&D etc. I play in a band but I don't shred guitar at 2am. Happy to meet up and chat before decisions are made.
