Laidback Aussie Seeking Comfy Vicky Line Flat

Hey! I’m an Aussie who’s been in London for the past couple of years, working in property as a business development manager. I’m usually in the office most of the week (WFH Fridays) and spend my downtime balancing Pilates, pub trips, trying new restaurants, gigs/shows and the occasional very committed sofa day.

I’d say I’m pretty easygoing and considerate to live with — I like a home that feels friendly, calm and comfortable rather than just somewhere people happen to sleep. I’m definitely keen to find a housemate I genuinely get along with, whether that’s sharing the odd meal, local drink or catch-up after work, while also respecting each other’s downtime and space.

I’m tidy without being intense about it, very respectful of other people’s routines and a huge believer in basic shared-home etiquette (and ideally a hired cleaner for the deep-cleaning jobs!). Sleep is sacred to me, so I’m definitely more “cozy wine and chats” than party house vibes.

Location-wise I’m pretty flexible, but ideally looking somewhere along the Victoria line. I’m mainly looking at a 2 bed / 2 bath setup, preferably in a newer build or somewhere recently renovated.

Would love to find someone with a similar balance of social, considerate and independent 🙂
