Looking for a room

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a room in Edinburgh from August/September. I'm open to any area and my budget is up to £750 pcm (excluding bills and council tax).

I'm 25 years old and looking for a long-term home for at least a year, ideally longer. I can provide references from my two most recent landlords and from work.

I'm a full-time student, but I also work a lot, so I'm out of the house quite a bit and can fit into most living arrangements.

As a flatmate, I respect personal boundaries, keep the home tidy, and value mutual respect. I believe comfort and a sense of security at home are the most important things.

A little about me: I love cinema and adore animals. I do sports, enjoy playing billiards, and like to “get lost” in the city streets in search of inspiration. I am sociable, open to fun adventures, and have no bad habits.
