I'm not just looking for someone to split the rent with—I'd love to find someone who wants a home, not just a place to sleep. I take pride in keeping my living space clean, tidy and well looked after, and I enjoy creating a warm, cosy environment that's nice to come back to after a busy day.

A little about me... I'm in my 40s, active, sociable and enjoy making the most of my free time. I work full-time for the local authority supporting children and families, so home is my place to unwind after what's often a busy and rewarding day. At weekends, you'll usually find me walking my two 12-year-old rescue dogs, catching up with family and friends.

My two rescue dogs are a huge part of my life, so it's important that any future housemate genuinely likes dogs. They're both 12 years old, gentle, well-behaved and happiest curled up having a snooze after a good walk. They are husky cross so do share their husky glitter.

While South Liverpool and the city centre often get all the attention, I honestly think North Liverpool is one of the city's hidden gems. It has beautiful parks and green spaces, farmers' and artisan markets, fantastic independent cafés, bars and restaurants, great gyms, excellent transport links, and a growing community of brilliant local businesses. You can enjoy the same lifestyle without paying South Liverpool prices.

Property is close to Aintree retail park, a cinema, supermarkets and local gyms with direct bus into the city centre if you don’t drive.
For those who do it’s close to East Lancs, M57, M58.
If enjoy eating and drinking out but don’t want to go to the city West Derby Village had plenty to offer and is a five minute drive/taxi ride, often likened to Lark Lane.

Schools, hospital and fire house in close proximity, would suit blue light worker (no night shifts sorry) .

I'm hoping to find someone who is:

A genuine dog lover

Looking to create a comfortable, relaxed home rather than just rent a room
