Looking for a Room or Buddy Up – Pet-Friendly & Homely Vibes

Hey! I’m looking for a room or a housemate to buddy up with in L30, L9, L10, L12, L13, or L5 (would consider L15 or L17 at a push). Ideally, no more than 3 people sharing, with a calm, tidy, and respectful atmosphere. A pet-friendly space (without crazy extra charges) and some outdoor area would be perfect!

A Bit About Me & My Pups:

I’m in my early 40s but young at heart, working for the local authority supporting families and children. My hours are mostly 9-5ish but can sometimes vary,

You’ll usually find me out in nature or catching up with friends of a weekend.

I have two amazing 12 year-old rescue dogs, a bonded brother and sister duo. They’re well-behaved, love their walks, and are just as happy curling up for cuddles. A dog walker would need access to the house, so housemates/landlord would need to be cool with that.

What I’m Looking For:

A homely, chilled space where we can unwind after work, whether that’s watching TV, play games/cards or sharing a meal together. I’d love to live with like-minded, respectful housemates who appreciate a friendly, relaxed vibe.

I have rented my current place for 6 years and will be sad to leave, unfortunately my landlord and is the only reason for moving. He is happy to provide references, I always pay rent on time and have taken pride in my home 🏠, renovating the gardens front and back, decorating throughout and maintaining the property to a high standard.
