Looking for a room/studio in Leeds within 40 min of walking to city centre.
I'm a 29 year old professional. Calm, friendly, easy going and respectful. I like to exercise, go for walks and tend to my hobbies. Sociable but also really do value my own time. When I get the time I do programming work - so decent internet is valued.
I’m not picky when it comes to room size, I just want place that is practical and not overly noisy.
