Reliable, trustworthy, clean & tidy housemate

I'm ideally looking for a studio, or at least an en suite room.

I work in digital technology, most recently in the education sector and for non-profits. I'm currently job hunting after taking a break from work for health reasons. I can provide assurances that I can pay rent whilst I don't have a job, including providing a guarantor if needed. This means that I'm WFH quite a bit at the moment, following a 9-5 schedule. I’d expect to have a hybrid working pattern once I have a new job sorted.

Outside of work, I like to catch up with friends and get outdoors and be active. That's usually with running, going to the gym, yoga and enjoying walks in the local parks. I also have a bit of a musical background (play flute and piano), although I'm quite self conscious and tend to only practice when no-one else is around! I sometimes go to friends' to play chamber music at the weekend.

I've lived around SE London, especially East Dulwich/Peckham Rye, for over 16 years now, so know the area well and also have family living locally. My parents live in Dorset and I will sometimes go to visit them.

I have lots of experience with house sharing, including being a lodger, and like to think that I'm friendly, open-minded, conscientious and know how to give people their own personal space. I'm quite a quiet and introverted person but do enjoy other peoples' company and have good sense of humour.

I follow a vegan diet and tend to batch cook every 2/3 days, so I'm not cooking all of the time. Although I'd ideally like to live in a vegetarian household, I'm ok with people cooking meat in the same kitchen.
