Professional seeks a double room

Hi, I’m Thomas, a 38-year-old industrial designer from Ireland. I’m starting a new job in Chelmsford this November and am looking for a clean, comfortable home in a central location.

I’m a non-smoker, tidy, and considerate, and I appreciate a respectful and well-kept living environment. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, running, hiking, and relaxing with a good video game or TV series.

I’m seeking a double room in a friendly, relaxed household. Ideally, the room would have enough space for a desk and chair, and an en-suite would be a bonus. My budget is around £700 per month.
