Personable 25 year old female who loves the beach!

Hi, I’m Neve
I’m 25 years old and am looking for a ground floor studio/ room, to pursue my full- time undergraduate degree with The Open university. Due to me studying remotely and medical and neurological conditions that affect my energy levels, an understanding landlord would be really appreciated.
I’m a clean flatmate, who is respectful of other’s space and privacy. I’m looking to live with like-minded people who have a similar interests and an understanding of my complex needs and health conditions .
I do not go out late at night or drink alcohol/ use illicit substances and when I'm in my own space I am quiet.
After a turbulent start in life, I would like to find somewhere to begin to settle down and thrive.
I do tend to wake up early, however I can ensure that I’m not disturbing any light sleepers!
