Peaceful surroundings

I am a working professional who currently rents privately but unfortunately the property is on the market, non smoker, drinker or driver.

I am looking for an annexe, self contained property or even consider an en suite with minimal people in the house ie not a multiple house occupancy, happy to consider short term but long term would be preference, happy to help with any chores that might need doing ie grass cutting, weeding, cleaning or just nipping to the shops.
