I am looking for a furnished and quiet accommodation with character and charm to be shared with ONE like-minded FEMALE professional or live-in landlady.
Shared living room is not of importance to me, as I usually stay in my room, but unrestricted access to areas like kitchen and WC/Bathroom are important. Availability and free use of modern amenities (washing machine) and kitchen equipment is also important.
My interests are in fine fragrance and scents of all kinds, books, cultural pursuits and art, and I very much enjoy a quiet pastime of reading or just living.
I am very respectful of other people’s privacy and expect to be treated in the same way.
By nature I am very tidy and keep the areas clean and well-organised, but I am not obsessed with cleanliness :-)
