Male, young active 60 property professional

Hi I am a (youngish) 60 yr old hardworking professional looking for temporary accommodation. I am quite a reserved and fairly quiet chap, but with a good sense of humour and bright outlook on life. None smoker/none drinker- proximity to gym a plus. I would like a clean and tidy shared house/ apartment not too noisy. Very well house trained and respectful of other peoples property being a recent home owner already- just sold London relocating for work. Still have London clients so may be few days a week away
Would like to share with like minded-preferable professional or retired sometimes sociable person, ideally the owner, but profession landlord or sublet is not ruled out.
