Hi, I'm Max!

I'm a newly qualified support worker with a master's in mental health, so I take wellbeing seriously both at work and at home.

I'd describe myself as a calm, tidy, and reasonably sociable housemate. I'm not a party person, but I'm always up for a chat or a shared meal. Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time gaming (big fan), watching films, and taking it easy on weekends. I use the kitchen regularly but not every day.

I'm quite sensitive to noise, so I keep things quiet myself. No loud music, no late-night chaos. I'm genuinely tidy: things go back where they belong, dishes don't linger, and I respect everyone's space and belongings. Basically, I'm the housemate who notices when the kitchen needs wiping down and just does it.

I have a pretty regular routine and work standard hours, so the flat stays peaceful most of the time.

What I'm Looking For

A clean, quiet home with good vibes and housemates who respect each other's space. Ideally a double room, above ground floor, in a flat with no more than 2 other people. I'm looking around Edinburgh city centre, Surgeons' Hall, Newington, Stockbridge, Marchmont, or the Arthurs Seat area, etc.

My budget is up to £900 pcm.

I'm looking to move in by the end of June, but I'm flexible on timing and can move earlier if needed.

Also pets are very welcome. I'd love a cat or dog of my own someday, but life is a bit too unsettled at the moment to commit to one responsibly. I'm also happy to help look after them when needed!
