New Roommate

Hi all, I’m looking for a buddy up situation with someone that is down to buddy up and share a two bedroom flat in the Kennington, Stockwell and oval area. Strictly looking for a platonic situation as it’s the best way to avoid complications. Ideally prefer to live with someone that doesn’t have or hopes to get pets and doesn’t smoke in the house. Flat we get can be furnished or unfurnished as I have couches, fridge ,washer and kitchen utensils. If you’re into sports that would be cool to las long as you don’t support Spurs haha. Let me know if you’re interested can move Nov first December 1 or Jan but the sooner the better. Also I prefer to live with someone that is employed and has that responsibility of needing to be up at reasonable morning work hours just like I do.
