Room in really quiet house and honest landlord

I work long hours for a busy school.
Iam up early and I really need peace and quiet after work. Iam really quiet and respectful of other people space myself but so far, I had no peace at all...
Peace and quiet and a good night sleep is all I need. Iam not looking for luxury accomodation or expensive looking place. Just need to be respected as I do respect others.
Iam clean and tidy, honest and decent. I keep to myself and as I said, I do not disturb other lodgers or deprive them of their sleep. I expect the same.
No dishonest landlords.
No noisy places.
Possibly share with landlord only.
No students or smokers due to bad previous experiences.
