*What I'm looking for:*

- A room in a shared house/flat, or a self-contained studio
- No more than 4 people (including me) in total if it's a shared house
- En-suite bathroom preferred but not essential
- Roughly 15 to 20 minutes from Bristol city centre on a single bus
- Up to £975/month (bills inclusive preferred)
- Available from 1st May 2026
- I work from home full time, so the room/studio must have at least one outward-facing window

Hi there! I'm a self-employed freelancer looking for a room in a shared house or flat, or a studio flat, in Bristol. I'm hoping to move in from the 1st of May 2026, with a budget of up to £975 per month (bills inclusive preferred, but happy to discuss).

A little about me: I'm a relaxed, easy-going person with a good mix of homebody and social tendencies. I work for myself, so I'm often at home during the day, though I'm very respectful of shared spaces and other people's routines.

I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, keep a clean and tidy home, and always pay on time.

Areas such as St George, Kingswood, Bedminster, Southville, Easton, and Fishponds would suit me well, though I'm open to other parts of Bristol if the property is the right fit.
