My name is Renata and I am looking for a self-contained annex, studio or one-bedroom property to rent long-term in Bristol or the surrounding areas.
I am a 48-year-old professional woman with a stable full-time job and my own small business. I am quiet, respectful, clean and take pride in looking after the place I live in.
I do not smoke, I have no pets and I live a calm lifestyle. I enjoy keeping active and value a peaceful home environment after work.
I am looking for a property with private facilities and safe parking. Unfurnished or part-furnished accommodation would be ideal, although I am flexible.
Excellent references are available from previous landlords and rent is always paid on time.
