Late-30s Professional - Easy commute to Ldn Br

Hi!

I’m a Kiwi finance professional in my late 30s looking for a relaxed, friendly flat share to call home from 25th July.

The essentials:

Budget: Up to £1,500/month (inc. bills)

I work full-time in media in the City, and my typical week is a hybrid mix, usually working 2 days from home (from my bedroom, so I won't be in communal spaces!).

Where I'm looking:

I’m looking to be within a 30-minute commute to London Bridge. I'd like to live away from busy high streets, but within easy walking distance to a nice park, good cafes, local shops, and a supermarket.

Out of office:

When I'm not working, I like to stay active; I'm into cycling, gym, and the occasional social 5k run. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new spots around London.

The house vibe I'm after:

I’m looking for a welcoming, tidy home with a balanced dynamic. My weeks can be fairly packed, so I value a chilled-out home environment. I’d like to live with people who are up for a casual chat or a drink together, but who also completely respect each other's downtime and personal space.
